We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking information if available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.99 will apply to orders under $50.
Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping Fee: $12.99.
Two-Day Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 business days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping Fee: $19.99.
Next-Day Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day from the date of shipment.
- Shipping Fee: $29.99.
Note: All delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier and shipping location. We do our best to ensure that orders arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
- Orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping within the United States.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipping delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that there was an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@joypariz.com to update the information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and you suspect it is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@joypariz.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@joypariz.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, certain factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you informed.
