1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Products: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Products that are opened, used, or damaged (other than those faulty) may not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Exempt Items: Certain products, such as personalized, clearance, or final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Fees: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the shipping service used does not offer tracking.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Process
- Refund Approval: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if it’s damaged due to misuse, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This way, you can receive the new item more quickly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it came in, as this will help us expedite your request.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong product or damaged items).
8. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already shipped your order, and the cancellation may no longer be possible.
